The Parks, Recreation and Greenway Advisory Board (PRGAB) will meet in-person in the Raleigh Council Chambers, 222 W. Queering Our 250th Megan L. Cherry is an associate professor at North Carolina State University who specializes in seventeenth- and eighteenth-century North American history.
