Lunchbox Lecture: Moving the NC Museum of History’s Collection

In preparation for their renovation construction project at the museum, the entire artifact collection had to be removed from the building! NC Museum of History Collections Section Chief John Campbell will share some of the challenges the staff faced in moving 90,000+ objects safely in a relatively short period of time, and how they accomplished this feat. The request is to rezone approximately 42 acres from CX-3-CU to CX-4-CU. Essentially, we are asking for 1 additional story of building height. Please share with your community.
