1. Directions to Meeting Location Enter the Raleigh Convention Center from the main entrance on Salisbury Street (500 S Salisbury St, Raleigh, NC 27601). Room 304 is to the left; go past (not up) the stairs Free parking is available on level P2 of the Performing Arts Deck (128 W. South St, directly across Lenoir Street from the Convention Center). Enter the deck from either Lenoir Street or South Street closest to the Residence Inn (see attached image with entrances indicated by pink arrows). Parking fees will be waived for individuals attending the Special Committee of the Whole meeting. The meeting location can also be accessed by transit via GoRaleigh Route 11. The nearest stops are at W. Lenoir Street at S. Salisbury Street (outbound) and on E. South Street. in front of the Performing Arts Center (inbound). 2.
