B.1 Item 24-02: Hours of Operation – Commercial Trash Pickup

At previous committee meetings the City Attorney’s Office has presented information on how other cities handle late night and early morning collection practices around commercial trash pickup, and presented a survey of the potential impact of time restrictions on commercial haulers. The committee will continue to consider and evaluate potential adjustments.

B.2 Item 24-01: Commercial and Residential Use – Conflicts (3/18/25) & Intersection of Hospitality/Nightlife Areas and Residential (5/6/25)

After a previous committee meeting, this item was discussed by the full City Council at its July 1 meeting. The committee may wish to formally refer this item back to the full council as future recommendations will be planned for a regular City Council session.
