oin the Speakeasy Players for an early evening of skits, games, and time together!
We are the Speakeasy Players, a group of adults who enjoy acting! We meet and perform at the Five Points Center on Monday afternoons. You’ll find us performing comedy, mystery, drama – just about everything. The good news is that we don’t bother to memorize our scripts – we read them, but with expression, passion, anger, joy, or whatever the characters call for!
Our showcase will run for about 45 minutes. It includes several short skits, some for the big people, and some for the kids. We adults are kids at heart, you know. We are going to involve both kids and adults in some of the activities we do! So sit back, relax, and get ready to laugh.
