North Central CAC & Tarboro Rd Community Center 35th Black History Month Program

Join neighbors and come to hear Raleigh City Manager as we celebrate Black History Month and to honor legacies and trailblazers from our community that have lived in Idlewild and College Park in the 1950s-70’s. The event will take place on Saturday, February 24, 2024 from 11-12 a.m. at the Tarboro Road Community Center.
