Fire Prevention Week at Raleigh Fire Museum

The Raleigh Fire Museum and the Raleigh Fire Education Team are partnering to bring a Fire Prevention Week display based on this year’s theme: “Charge into Fire Safety™: Lithium-Ion Batteries in Your Home.”
What you can see and do:
- Learn about Fire Prevention Week and how to prevent lithium-ion battery fires;
- Experience fire history through artifacts, images, and exhibits representing over 150 years of firefighting in Raleigh;
- Touch a fire truck and explore authentic firefighting equipment; and,
- Spray a fire hose and enjoy hands-on fun for kids and adults.

Time: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
