Development Stakeholders Quarterly Meeting

Please join City staff for our quarterly in-person stakeholders meeting on Thursday, May 11, 2023. In addition to the quarterly meeting, we are excited to offer a training about how to efficiently enter residential submittals in the Permit Portal. The training is open to anyone.

Quarterly Meeting: 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.
Permit Portal Training: 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Every quarter, members of the development community meet with City of Raleigh staff from development-facing departments. This includes land attorneys, contractors, realtors, and designers. This meeting is an opportunity for staff who manage development, permitting, and text change processes to provide relevant updates to the development community.
