WHEREAS EA Raleigh NC Landlord LLC, property owner, requests a design alternate to provide 0% build-to along Hargrove Road in lieu of the minimum 50% (253ft) build-to required per UDO (Unified Development Ordinance) Sections 3.4.5.C and 1.5.6, to construct an addition to an existing general building on the 4-acre property zoned IX-3-PL located at 4812 Hargrove Road (ASR-0063-2025).
