Ask-A-Planner – New Bern Station Area Plan

City staff will hold two New Bern Station Area Planning Ask-a-Planner open office hour sessions at Tarboro Road Community Center on Thursday, January 11 and Thursday, January 18 from 3-6 p.m.
Plan Recommendations
The plan proposes big ideas and details of how to:
- Address affordability
- Expand housing choices near bus rapid transit stations
- Make walking safer and easier
- Assist existing small businesses and future entrepreneurs
- Tell the story of New Bern’s history and culture boldly in the form of public art and placemaking.
