Staff can also help with services including but not limited to:

• Education on City resources;
• Information on local organizations;
• Voter education and registration;
• Participation surveys;
• Making citizen service requests;
• Help with City of Raleigh utility requests and payments;
• Registering for a City of Raleigh class; and,
• Applying for SNAP, Medicaid, and WIC.
