The RHDC referred the request to the Research Committee to gather additional information, which occurred at the October 1st committee meeting. During the committee report out at the October 8th RHDC meeting, it was requested that a letter to the alumni association be drafted to explain next steps and recommendations. The Research Committee held a special meeting on November 19th and drafted the attached letter. .
