    Ride Information Saturday, Oct. 4 at 10 a.m. 16 miles - North Carolina Museum of Art to Shelley Lake and back. View route information Our second ride will be a little longer starting at the North Carolina Museum of Art. From there, we will ride together north toward Shelley Lake, making a couple of stops along the way to imagine where and how public art could be added to this section of the greenway. The pace will be fun and social. Expect to maintain an average of 10 mph.

About the Workshop The course will cover basic stream ecology, how to collect water quality samples, and include time for volunteers to practice sampling in the creek.
