Ticket Sale: 2024 Holiday Express at Pullen Park

For 17 nights from Dec. 2 – 18, Pullen Park will be transformed into a whimsical world of holiday spirit, imagination, and inspiration! Take a train ride on the famous Holiday Express, get shrunk down to size by hopping into our life-size snow globe, visit Santa in his mobile workshop, learn how to become an elf in our new adventure, and much more. The City is currently drafting the 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan, which will guide how the City uses federal and local funds to address homelessness, serve low- and moderate-income communities, and create affordable housing over the next five years. The 5-year Plan includes:  Goals and Objectives Building affordable apartments for low-income residents Grants to help the homeless and vulnerable populations Locating affordable housing near transit Workforce Training Programs Geographic priority areas within the City Updates to Citizen Participation Plan The City will be holding six public meetings throughout Raleigh in the fall to discuss this 5-year Plan.
