Hargett Street at 6:00 p.m. The Raleigh Parks, Recreation, and Greenway Advisory Board meetings are open to the public. This meeting will be streamed for public viewing - watch meeting. The PRGAB meets on the third Thursday of each month.

This two-mile stretch, between Lindsay Drive and the eastern edge of Umstead State Park on Ebenezer Church Road, forms a key part of our regional greenway network. Learn more about the Crabtree Creek West Greenway Trail Project. Explore the Trail: Bring your bike or walk the trail and enjoy the natural beauty! If you don’t have a bike, we will have a limited number available on-site. Tours will begin at Mordecai Historic Park and travel to Oberlin, where passengers will disembark for a tour of the Historic Turner House and Oberlin Cemetery and learn about the neighborhood’s history of community and freedom. Tours will take place Saturday, February 8th at 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm and last an hour and a half. Registration is $15 and can be purchased online using RecLink.
