Public Meeting - October 8, 2025 NOTE: The City of Raleigh has launched a new agenda management portal called "eScribe" that will improve access and transparency for Raleigh Historic Development Commission meeting agendas and minutes. The Raleigh Historic Development Commission will conduct a public meeting on Wednesday, October 8 at 8:30 a.m. at the Raleigh Municipal Building, 222 W. Hargett Street in the City Council Chamber.
