Sunset Clause Lawsuit Pre-trial Hearing February 27 We will share more details as we learn more. This Hearing will be at Wake County Superior Court about the Motions to Dismiss filed by Wake Stone and DEQ. We will argue that our case should go to a contested trial. Zoning changes are proposed to add the Transit Overlay District (TOD) to the zoning map along the future New Bern Avenue Bus Rapid Transit route. The TOD requires walkable development in core areas around transit routes and incentivizes the inclusion of affordable housing units in new buildings.
