The Civic Assembly is a process for problem-solving, centered around group discussion from a representative body of the community. Participants of the Assembly were chosen by lottery and are a group reflective of Raleigh’s overall demographic. The Assembly works to offer perspectives of residents on topics and policies that will shape the Reflecting Raleigh: The Next Comprehensive Plan.

Then & Now: A History of the Pullen Arts Community Nov. 1, 2025 - Jan. 25, 2026 Then & Now: A History of the Pullen Arts Community, is an exhibition that explores Pullen’s history and celebrates the art that’s created by members, instructors, and staff. The exhibition includes photos and artifacts from when Pullen first opened in 1961 until present day. The work from members, instructors, and staff spans across multiple mediums, including pottery, painting, photography, drawing, and printmaking. Learn more about the Exhibition at Pullen Arts Center.
