DESCRIPTION:The Raleigh City Council had planned to hold a planning retreat in Wilmington this weekend. Due to inclement weather and in the interest of public safety\, the retreat was relocated to Raleigh. Because of logistical constraints associated with the change in location\, the agenda has been adjusted to a half-day session on Saturday\, from 8:00 a.m. to approximately noon. \nThe retreat will be held at Jaycee Park and is open to the public.
