GoRaleigh Access Paratransit Public Meeting on Monday, August 19! The Raleigh Mayor’s Committee for Persons with Disabilities will host the Raleigh Department of Transportation to hear important updates about the GoRaleigh Access program such as the return to fares and implementation of the Transit Assistance Pass for GoRaleigh Access. There will also be time for questions about the GoRaleigh Access Program. Where? Chavis Community Center, Second Floor, 505 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. When? Monday, August 19; 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Registration is not required for this meeting, but please consider submitting any questions you have about the GoRaleigh Access Program in advance.

Registration is not required for this meeting, but please consider submitting any questions you have about the GoRaleigh Access Program in advance. Please arrive to the meeting 15-30 minutes early. Meeting Accessibility There are two parking lots for the Chavis Community Center. The parking lot behind the building has more accessible parking spots via Chavis Way. Two ASL Interpreters will be present, and CART captions will be provided. Please email [email protected] to submit any other accommodations request by Monday, August 12. Transportation: Many of you joining this meeting are GoRaleigh Access customers. We are expecting a high volume of requests for this event. Your trip may be a shared ride with your taxi provider, or you may be asked to select a different provider to and/or from the meeting if your regular taxi’s schedule is full. The purpose of this meeting is an organizational meeting and to elect officers to serve a term of 1-year as leaders of ECAC. Open positions include Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary.
