I have gotten a lot of emails and texts about our community library. I think it is time to meet and discuss and decide how to move forward. We all want the bond to be successful but we also want a COMMUNITY library that serves our community – the trade we were asked to support was to move the library from the school INTO the community. This is still our goal.
I, like many of you, would rather our library stay where it is if it cannot be IN OUR community not halfway to Cary, etc. This is an ongoing struggle but I am very hopeful we can work it out with the County. I know they have an interest in supporting our community’s needs.
I know many of you have said supporting the bond depends on how the bond supports us.
