Public Meeting on Consolidated Plan for Fiscal Years 2026-2030

The City is currently drafting the 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan, which will guide how the City uses federal and local funds to address homelessness, serve low- and moderate-income communities, and create affordable housing over the next five years.

The 5-year Plan includes: 

• Goals and Objectives
• Building affordable apartments for low-income residents
• Grants to help the homeless and vulnerable populations
• Locating affordable housing near transit
• Workforce Training Programs
• Geographic priority areas within the City
• Updates to Citizen Participation Plan

The City will be holding six public meetings throughout Raleigh in the fall to discuss this 5-year Plan. More information about the public hearings can be found below and on the City website.
