The City of Raleigh Planning Commission Text Change Committee will conduct a public meeting on Wednesday, September 17 at 4 p.m. at the Raleigh Municipal Building in the City Council Chamber.

C.1 TC-3-24 Historic Preservation and RHDC
Amendments to State Law and a staff review of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) identified issues in the code that warrant further review and correction. To ensure continuous improvement of the city’s land development regulations and align with State Law, the language of the historic preservation related sections of the UDO are proposed to be updated.

Recommended Action: The Text Change Committee may make a recommendation to the full Planning Commission. Alternatively, the request can be held or referred to committee for further review.
