This amendment updates the Part 10 Unified Development Ordinance to correct errors, clarify procedures, and advance policy goals. It also seeks to reintegrate parts of two previously adopted text changes (TC-2-24 and TC-5-23) that remain valid after recent changes in state law (Session Law 2024-57), which had nullified those prior updates.

At that meeting, the Commission deferred action to its November 12, 2025, meeting to allow staff additional time to review and discuss the proposed language in Sections 4 and 12 (pages 19 and 23, respectively) from the former TC-5-23 language.
