The City of Raleigh Planning Commission will conduct a public meeting on Tuesday, October 14 at 9 a.m. at the Raleigh Municipal Building, 222 West Hargett Street in the City Council Chamber. Planning Commission meetings can be viewed on the city’s website and RTN 11.

Proposed conditions would prohibit rest home; cemetery; school, public or private (K-12); day care center; outdoor sports or entertainment facility; and parking facility uses on the property. It would allow for a variety of residential uses and building types, including townhouses and apartments. The allowed height would remain the same 45 feet/3 Stories.
