The Raleigh Fire Department will be hosting a Fire Prevention Week display at Home Depot on Capital Boulevard.
This year’s theme is “Charge into Fire Safety™: Lithium-Ion Batteries in Your Home.” Visitors will have the opportunity to learn how to keep their homes safe from lithium-ion battery fires by:
- Choosing the right equipment
- Charging devices properly
- Safely recycling lithium-ion batteries
