Hillsborough-Wade CAC meeting

Hi Hillsborough-Wade CAC neighbors, A week from tomorrow, we will have our monthly Hillsborough-Wade CAC meeting on Tuesday, October 24th at 7:00 PM. We’ll be meeting on Zoom, the meeting link is below. The main focus of this meeting will be a follow-up to our discussion and vote from our last meeting about the future direction of our Hillsborough-Wade CAC and CACs in general. Look for addition emails from me this week: (1) email on Tuesday with minutes from our September meeting, (2) email with link to video of October’s CEB (Community Engagement Board) meeting, and (3) email after Wednesday’s RCAC meeting. I hope these future emails will give you a good understanding of what’s going on with the efforts to improve community engagement in Raleigh. Hopefully this information will inform our group discussion at our October CAC meeting next Tuesday. Current Agenda: • Police report • Update on RCAC and CEB meetings. • Group conversation about the future of our Hillsborough-Wade CAC and CACs in general. What’s your vision? • Discussion about creating a H-W CAC members-only meeting. Please let me know if you have any topics you want discussed. Email, call or text me (contact information is below). […]
