Growing up today brings real pressures — and parenting brings real questions. MindWise creates space for teens (13+) and the adults who support them to come together for honest conversations, practical tools, and meaningful connection around mental health and emotional well-being. This community-centered summit features interactive workshops, engaging panels, teen and caregiver breakout sessions, wellness activities, and a curated Resource Hall. Participants will leave with strategies they can use right away — at home, at school, and in everyday life. MindWise isn’t about labels or diagnoses. It’s about learning, listening, and building confidence — while making sure youth voices are heard and families feel supported. Stronger Youth. Stronger Families. Stronger Community. Why Attend? At MindWise, you won’t just listen — you’ll leave equipped. Participants will: Learn practical stress-management tools Strengthen teen–caregiver communication Build confidence in school advocacy Hear from youth, educators, and mental health professionals Connect with trusted community resources Recharge through guided wellness activities Register for MindWise Open to youth ages 13+ and parents, guardians, caregivers, and community members. Space is limited and pre-registration is required. Register today and join us in building a healthier, more connected future. |
