Join us for a Spanish-only info session and learn how to apply for certification as: Historically Underutilized Business with the North Carolina Department of Administration (HUB/NCDOA) AND/OR Disadvantaged Business Enterprise with the North Carolina Department of Transportation (DBE/NCDOT). Whether you have a simple question about how to work your device or have long-term digital goals, attend our drop-in hours to get assistance and learn more. Drop-in hours will be held March - December at three Raleigh locations. There is no registration required for this FREE resource.
