Calling all impact-oriented companies, social enterprises, non-profits, universities, and innovators that seek to strengthen Raleigh’s thriving innovation ecosystem. The City of Raleigh’s Office of Strategy and Innovation (aka Office of Yes, And!) is proud to announce the Fall 2024 Impact Partner Grant Request for Proposals. In line with our office’s vision to serve as a model for inclusive innovation and achieve the seemingly impossible, the Impact Partner Grants provide funding to organizations that help underrepresented innovators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses start, stay, and grow in Raleigh. Join us for a virtual information session regarding the Impact Partner Grant program, eligibility, and submission process. All proposals are due by 11:59 p.m. ET on October 18.  Register online

Public Meeting on Consolidated Plan for Fiscal Years 2026-2030

Chavis Community Center 505 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Raleigh

The City is currently drafting the 2026-2030 Consolidated Plan, which will guide how the City uses federal and local funds to address homelessness, serve low- and moderate-income communities, and create affordable housing over the next five years. The 5-year Plan includes:  Goals and Objectives Building affordable apartments for low-income residents Grants to help the homeless and vulnerable populations Locating affordable housing near transit Workforce Training Programs Geographic priority areas within the City Updates to Citizen Participation Plan The City will be holding six public meetings throughout Raleigh in the fall to discuss this 5-year Plan. More information about the public hearings can be found below and on the City website.
