In line with our office’s vision to serve as a model for inclusive innovation and achieve the seemingly impossible, the Impact Partner Grants provide funding to organizations that help underrepresented innovators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses start, stay, and grow in Raleigh. Make Your Voice Heard! The City of Raleigh invites all community organizations, neighborhood residents, business organizations, and other stakeholders to share their input on the draft 2023-24 Annual Action Plan (AAP). FY2023-2024 Draft Annual Action Plan FY2023-2024 Draft Annual Action Plan Summary  The AAP describes how the City of Raleigh intends to allocate housing and community development funds in the upcoming fiscal year. Fiscal Year 2023-2024 is the fourth year of the 2021-2025 Five-Year Consolidated Plan (ConPlan). The City must submit an Annual Action Plan for every year of the ConPlan, describing how this year’s activities will address the long-term housing and community development goals identified in the ConPlan. The Annual Action Plan identifies strategies, resources, and organizations that can help advance key priorities in the coming year.
