The City of Raleigh invites all community organizations, neighborhood residents, business organizations, and other stakeholders to share their input on the draft 2023-24 Annual Action Plan (AAP). FY2023-2024 Draft Annual Action Plan FY2023-2024 Draft Annual Action Plan Summary  The AAP describes how the City of Raleigh intends to allocate housing and community development funds in the upcoming fiscal year. Fiscal Year 2023-2024 is the fourth year of the 2021-2025 Five-Year Consolidated Plan (ConPlan). The City must submit an Annual Action Plan for every year of the ConPlan, describing how this year’s activities will address the long-term housing and community development goals identified in the ConPlan.
