The plan describes how the City will use federal and local funds to create affordable housing, address homelessness, and serve low- and moderate-income communities over the next five years. The City expects to receive $4.5 million in federal funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) next fiscal year (beginning July 1) and $22.5 million over the next five fiscal years.
