Beginning in January 2023, the City will be hosting a series of events related to zoning changes, housing affordability, and sustainable growth. All events are open to the public, though some may require advance registration. During these information sessions, participants will view examples of missing middle housing in Raleigh, and staff will provide an overview of the zoning changes and discuss the process that got us here. There will also be time to ask questions and provide feedback in smaller groups. Meetings will be held in person across Raleigh and there will also be a virtual option. All are welcome to attend any meeting in any district. Parks and Recreation staff will be on-site to provide recreation based activities to youth, ages 5-12, during the information session. A completed drop-in registration form must be provided to Parks and Recreation staff at drop-off. To save time upon arrival, bring the completed form with you to the meeting. To find your district, visit the City Council webpage and scroll to "Find Your Council Member and District." Enter your home address to find your district. |
