Carolina Pines Ave Improvement Project - Extending from Lake Wheeler Rd. to South Saunders St. Construction has started with alternating single lane traffic much of the day. This is going to be a complex project. Suggest avoiding the area if you don't live there. Raleigh Golf Association (RGA) - Land Sale and Rezoning - RGA property north of Tryon Rd. is in the process of being sold.
