Planning Commission Text Change Committee

The Text Change Committee is a subcommittee where changes to the zoning code, known as the Unified Development Ordinance, are discussed. This subcommittee reviews the language of any potential code change. The committee typically meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 4 p.m. The meetings are held at the Raleigh Municipal Building in Room 305. Upcoming meeting agendas for the Text Change Committee can be found on our City Council, Boards and Commissions Agendas and Minutes page.

Reflecting Raleigh Technical Team – Land Use

Technical Teams are topic-based teams of subject-matter experts who meet to provide guidance and develop policy recommendations for the City’s Next Comprehensive Plan.
