Spellbound at Mordecai

Magic and mayhem abound at Spellbound at Mordecai, presented in partnership with Paper & Stars Studio! Encounter mysterious characters and amazing magicians, have your fortune told, and decorate a pumpkin to take home for All Hallow’s Eve. Shop for enchanting handmade items and treats at our mysterious market and enjoy family-friendly stage performances, inflatables, and more. Kids and pets, wear your best Halloween finery to enter the costume contest and parade! The kids' contest will begin at 12 p.m. and the pets' contest at 1 p.m. For an added layer of spooky fun, join The Ghost Guild for their ninth annual Haunted Mordecai presentation. Following last year's success, they are returning with the engaging walking tour format, where team members will guide small groups through the park to the very locations where their data was collected. The City of Raleigh is offering Advice About Your Device Drop-In Hours. Whether you have a simple question about how to work your device or have long-term digital goals, attend our drop-in hours to get assistance and learn more. Drop-in hours will be held March - December at three Raleigh locations. There is no registration required for this FREE resource. Cocoa and Conversation – Bragg Street Park Public Art Project

Georgia Tardy is gathering stories and anecdotes about the South Park community that she will incorporate into artwork along the fence at Bragg Street Park. Haunted Trolley Tour

Discover history, mystery, and lore with your ghost host on the Haunted Trolley, if you dare, for a special late-night tour of downtown Raleigh’s most haunted places. Jump aboard and keep your eyes open for ghostly visitors of years past... they’ve just been dying to have you. Recommended for ages 6 and up due to frightening elements.
