Family Fun Day – Trees

Join us for a very special Family Fun Day! We will explore the mighty oak tree and learn about our city's connection to it. Come prepared for dirt and gardening activities, and don’t forget to take home your own tree to plant! This event is sponsored by the Raleigh Garden Club. Stream Monitoring Workshop

Join Stormwater staff for a training workshop for the stream monitoring program! About the Workshop The course will cover basic stream ecology, how to collect water quality samples, and include time for volunteers to practice sampling in the creek. Please come prepared to get a little wet and muddy in the creek. Long pants and boots are strongly encouraged. Registration is required.
