Following our Inspections and Police Reports, we will be getting an update on the coming opening of the Gipson Play Plaza at Dorothea Dix Park. Carolina Pines Avenue improvement project has been approved and fully funded. We are close to an announcement about construction starting and plans for detours. Raleigh Golf Association is also in the process of selling some property that is seeking rezoning for affordable apartments at 60% AMI. We will spend some time discussing community inputs. If you have opinions, concerns, or just general comments that you want to share, this is the time.
