The Raleigh Youth Council is Hosting the Annual Toys From Teens This event is for families with children from birth to 12 years. Participants will create festive crafts, meet Santa, and receive a gift (while supplies last). Child must be present to receive a gift. On December 9, 2023, Raleigh Parks will host a public open house at the Halifax Park Community Center. The latest schematic design plans will be available for review. City staff and the project design team will be there to give project updates, take comments, and address questions. This event will be family-friendly, and a Spanish interpreter will be available.
