C.I.R.C.L.E.S: Along the Road We Share

March 26 @ 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Community Storytelling about Transportation

Transportation does more than just move people. It shapes neighborhoods. It changes daily routines. It affects where we live, how we work, and how we connect. Whether it’s cars, buses, trains, scooters, or walking, everyone has their own story and experience.

C.I.R.C.L.E.S.: Along the Road We Share invites Raleigh residents to tell true, personal stories about transportation and how it has shaped their lives. This event is held in partnership with Two Dots Studio.

  • When? Thursday, March 26, from 6 – 8 p.m.
  • Where? Raleigh Union Station 510 W Martin Street, Raleigh, NC 27601
  • Register on Eventbrite; walk-ins welcome!

Community members interested in sharing a personal story (approximately 10 minutes) are encouraged to sign up on Microsoft Forms. No prior speaking experience is required, and support is provided before the event. We are looking for everyday stories such as:

  • The long bus ride that became part of your rhythm.
  • The street that changed your neighborhood.
  • The commute that gave you time to think.
  • The move that shifted your sense of home.
  • The ride you will never forget.

Through these stories, we begin to understand how transportation affects people in different ways. We listen. We reflect. We connect. And we imagine a city that works better for the people who live in it.

Note: This event is focused on sharing experiences and open dialogue, not policy discussion or debate.

This event is part of the C.I.R.C.L.E.S. event series, a storytelling platform designed to bring the community together through the power of shared narratives. To learn more, visit C.I.R.C.L.E.S.
