The City of Raleigh Planning Commission will conduct a public meeting on Tuesday, October 28 at 9 a.m. at the Raleigh Municipal Building, 222 West Hargett Street in the City Council Chamber. Planning Commission meetings can be viewed on the city’s website and RTN 11.

TC-3-25 Historic Preservation and RHDC

Amendments to State Law and a staff review of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) identified issues in the code that warrant further review and correction. To ensure continuous improvement of the city’s land development regulations and align with State Law, the language of the historic preservation related sections of the UDO are proposed to be updated

The committee voted unanimously (4-0) to recommend approval of the text change.
