The Chavis-Dix Strollway is envisioned as a walkable\, urban cultural trail\, designed to safely connect pedestrians between the city’s heritage sites of downtown – the Dorothea Dix Park and the John Chavis Memorial Park. As the second cultural trail of Raleigh\, it builds on the South Park Heritage Trail elements to continue the storytelling to celebrate Raleigh’s rich cultural heritage. \n  \nAttached is a PDF of the Citizen Advisory Councils Guide.
