(Always report porch pirates to Raleigh Police Dept.)\nRaleigh Water Billing Update – Eli Medina from City staff will discuss Raleigh Water’s new customer billing portal\, including key changes and the resources available to assist with account setup. The update will cover what customers need in order to create their new profile\, how to re-enroll in Autopay\, and where to access step-by-step instructions and support materials\nCarolina Pines Community Center Projects and Updates – Playgrounds and tennis courts are being modified.\nCarolina Pines Ave Improvement Project – Extending from Lake Wheeler Rd. to South Saunders St. Construction has started with alternating single lane traffic much of the day. This is a complex project. Suggest avoiding the area if you don’t live there.\nRaleigh Golf Association (RGA) – Land Sale and Rezoning – RGA property north of Tryon Rd. has a buyer. Dominium Co. has extensive experience in constructing and managing it own 34\,000 units in 19 states. The Dominium Co. has received Council approval for rezoning. The case allowing “Affordable 60% AMI” apartments being built there was approved on October 7th. The number of units planned is currently about 370. Planned improvements to Fairway Drive along with a signal light at Tryon Rd will affect us all.\nLake Wheeler Road Construction at Dix Park – The section of Lake Wheeler Road from South Saunders south to the railroad crossing beginning significant construction. Traffic in the area will be severely limited. Avoid or plan well in advance.\nCommunity Safety – We all need to discuss any ideas about how we can make our neighborhoods safer. Incidents occur. How we come together matters a lot.
