DESCRIPTION:We are improving the drainage on Alamance Drive and would like your feedback on design concerns for this upcoming project. Stop by at your convenience to learn more and provide comments to stormwater staff. \nProject Background\nResidents on Alamance Drive and Alleghany Road noticed severe yard and structural flooding\, which came from undersized pipes in the area. To reduce flooding\, we will reroute the water flow on Alamance Drive and replace and upsize a stormwater pipe under Alleghany Road. \nWe looked at current stormwater system in the project area to determine the design improvements\, which are currently being developed. Learn more about the project.
