There are three proposed conditions associated with this request. The first condition prohibits detention centers\, jails\, prisons\, and vehicle fuel sales. The second condition prohibits vape and tobacco shops. The third condition prohibits internet or electronic sweepstakes cafés or parlors.\n.\nThis request previously appeared on the Planning Commission’s June 9 agenda. For public comment there is 4:25 remaining for those in favor and 6:45 remaining for those in opposition. At that meeting\, the Planning Commission deferred action to their June 23\, 2026\, meeting to allow for more time to consider the request and for the applicant to consider revising the request.
