The submission of a landmark designation application is a requirement of the loan authorization. Please mark your calendars for Monday\, 11 May 2026 from\n7-9 PM for a special East CAC meeting.\n\nThere has been ongoing incidents of petty crime perpetrated by youths in\nthe neighborhoods west of Raleigh Boulevard. Neighbors are frustrated\nand are looking for more effective approaches to addressing this crime.\n\nI have organized a special East CAC meeting to hear from RPD officers in\nthe Community Impact and Engagement Division and/or the ACORNS and\nCommunity Unit regarding better ways we can help curb this activity.\nOther city officials have been invited and are expected to attend.\n\nMy hope is that we all leave with some approaches which will benefit\neveryone involved.\n\nPlease pass this on to other interested parties.
