This is going to be a complex project.\nRaleigh Golf Association (RGA) – Land Sale and Rezoning – RGA property north of Tryon Rd. is in the process of being sold. There is a rezoning case that will allow “Affordable 60% AMI” apartments being built there. The number of units planned is currently about 370. Representatives from the developer are scheduled to give us some views of what they are planning.\nGipson Play Plaza Opening This Spring at Dix Park – Gipson Play Plaza is going to be opening in early June.
