Staff\, in conjunction with the City Attorney’s Office\, incorporated the Planning Commission’s existing rules of procedure into the template\, and further offered certain recommended revisions to those rules to reflect the Commission’s current practices. Of note\, the Planning Commission’s duties and responsibilities are specifically defined in N.C.G.S.
