It also seeks to reintegrate parts of two previously adopted text changes (TC-2-24 and TC-5-23) that remain valid after recent changes in state law (Session Law 2024-57)\, which had nullified those prior updates.\n.\nThis case was last heard as New Business on the October 28\, 2025\, Planning Commission agenda.
